About me
Hi, I’m Danielle Silbernagel, LMHC (Washington license LH61519661). I’m based in Issaquah and see clients throughout Washington via telehealth.
I’ve been practicing as a therapist since 2020. I have experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR, to help people understand how past experiences affect the way they feel, function, and view the world today.
My goal is to create a therapy environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe effective therapy starts with feeling understood. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing on CBT and DBT. Rather than applying the same treatment to everyone, we’ll work together to understand your experiences, identify your goals, and determine which therapeutic approaches are most appropriate for you.
Outside of therapy, I find joy in the outdoors; whether I’m gardening, hiking, staying active, or reading. I believe deeply in the power of self-care and strive to live by the same principles I encourage in my clients.
